Version 3 has been released and the feedback has been outstanding. Now that we are past the Version 3 launch, GotFrag has set its sights on revamping and re-launching our Prime service. We have many new features coming as well as the continuation of some popular existing features.

Prime members get all of the great benefits listed above and now GotFrag will offer even more. On the content front, Trevor “Midway” Schmidt will be stepping back in to his writing role on a weekly basis and providing content for prime subscribers. GotFrag has recently rehired Chris “Bootman” Boutte. All of you are familiar with Chris from his writing for us in the past as well as his recent coaching endeavor with Team 3D. Chris will be writing Prime only articles on a regular basis. GotFrag is also pleased to announce the hiring of Richard “Myers” Millington of UK Terrorist fame. Richard has been writing in the eSports world for several years and has been published in many magazines including PC Gamer UK. Richard will bring his wealth of writing experience to our prime members. Bobby “Weenus” Hicks is back in full swing and will be providing GotFrag prime members a satirical look at the week in eSports. Bobby will provide his Week in Review on a weekly basis.

GotFrag will also be adding some new features to the prime service outside of new articles. Prime members will receive exclusive HLTV servers to key matches. Prime members will be provided a password protected HLTV server 5 minutes prior to match time. Prime members will never have to worry about not being able to get in to a match because it is full. GotFrag will be introducing a HLTV booking service where players can book HLTV servers for their matches. Prime members get priority booking and will bump a non-prime user in the event GotFrag runs out of HLTV servers. GotFrag Lessons are coming back in full effect with some big changes. Prime members will get lesson discounts and will be able to participate in Prime only contests. One free lesson per month will be given to one lucky Prime member.

Prime members will be eligible for many contests and prize drawings for now on. Starting this month we are offering the following prize drawings for Prime Members:

• Monthly prize to existing Prime subscribers- Each month Prime subscribers with an account older than the current month will be eligible for a drawing for a $50 gift certificate to GotGear. At the end of each month, one lucky Prime subscriber will be drawn and will win this prize.
• Monthly prize to new subscribers- At the end of each month we will hold a drawing for new subscribers where the winner receives a one hour lesson for a Prime subscriber and his or her clan with Trevor “Midway” Schmidt to work over strats and anything else the member would like to cover.
• Starting this month we will start the countdown to the grand prize for one lucky prime member. To be eligible for this prize package you must have a prime account in good standing for 3 consecutive months prior to the drawing and be in good standing on the day of the drawing. The drawing for this prize will take place on December 1, 2005. The winner of this prize package will receive an all expense paid trip to a major LAN event. The package includes airfare, hotel and all meals and transfer expenses. The winner will be provided with an all access press pass to go behind the scenes of a LAN event and watch the competitors from right behind the action. They will be able to see what it is like to be a member of the GotFrag staff for one event. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for one lucky prime member.
